Having two large studios working daily on different and often unusual photography projects requires careful planning, and we make sure that our resident team of photographers are ably assisted by our back-up team of helpful bodies!

Therefore Will has developed a team of enthusiastic and flexible people to help with the running of the studio every day, helping out wherever necessary as required. There are a million and one things to do each and every day, but we are happy if our back-up team of assistants get through only half a million of them, so that they keep smiling! A happy team is an efficient team! Just some of the things that our team help with are listed below:

• Unloading & loading vehicles for deliveries and returns.
• Unpacking & re-packing of products from our clients.
• Arranging and preparing any items or products ready to be shot.
• Lighting – setting-up for the photographer and getting the light right for the shoot.
• Physical help with everyday studio equipment like tripods, lighting stands and backdrops.
• Setting-up the shoot area with any necessary props or equipment.
• Maintenance – making sure everything is fully charged and fully functional.
• Cleaning up – making sure the studio is clean and orderly at all times.
• General assistance for the photographer, ensuring the shoot runs smoothly.
• Running out to buy supplies or unusual props for the shoot as required.
• Brewing up and going out for lunch! Making sure the studio team are fed & watered regularly is always a priority!
