Professional Post Production Services from WLP Studios
Our fully equipped digital photography studio also features a professional Post Production department, run with maximum efficiency by our dedicated Post Production Manager, who oversees all projects and checks that everything is correct before any photographic images leave our studio to go to our clients. Images can be emailed for you to proof before the final images are burned to CD/DVD. Our post production team are highly skilled in the use of Photoshop, and our range of technical hardware, including Macs and PCs, allow us to provide the best post production to compliment our professional commercial digital photography.
 Post-Production Services - your Options
Your digital commercial photography images will be supplied to you in any format including tif, jpg, pct, eps and pdf for Mac or PC – CMYK or RGB. Your final images will be provided on a CD or DVD and can also be supplied via Broadband Email or FTP. We can also provide your images to you in specific file sizes upon request and save your images with specific file names that you can relate to, for example SKU code, size and colour for clothing items, style name or project title, whatever is relevant to your commercial photography project or products.
From Clean-Ups to Contrast – WLP Studios offer a complete post-production service.

• Image Clean-up and Enhancing – this process includes removing imperfections in the image, tidying and cleaning up the image, removal of unwanted details such as creases in clothing or packaging material, removal of scratches on items such as glass or plastic, reconstructing any damage on products etc.
• Cutting Out – this involves cutting the item out of the image and placing it onto a pure white background, which is ideal for immediate placement or insertion into web pages or print layouts.
• Clipping Paths – this is a process similar to cutting out, but this allows the object in the image to be dropped onto a different background, for example a jar of coffee beans could be inserted onto a backdrop of Brazilian jungle, etc.
• Image Re-Sizing – we can size your images so that they are fit for your purpose, examples including web pages, page layouts, advertising posters, point of sale displays etc. Just let us know which size you need your final images to be and we will provide them at the size that you have specified.
• Photo Manipulation – this process includes changing colours, removing unwanted features, or any specific manipulations that you require us to do for you.
• Print Proofs on Request – if you need high quality printed proofs of your images we will supply these for you upon request. Please contact us for a quote for this service.
• Colour Profiles & Colour Matching – this process involves various methods of ensuring that the actual colour of the subject matches the image.
• Removal of Dust Spots – any obvious (or not so obvious!) dirty marks, spots of dirt or dust that have found their way onto the image are removed during this process.
• Image Cropping – your images can be cropped to suit your particular requirements upon request, so that they fit nicely into whichever medium they are used in; web, print, advertising material etc. Just let us know any specifics and we will do this for you.
• Image Contrasting – we make sure that your images are correct in every way, and this includes ensuring that all contrasts are correct, before your final images are sent to you.
Client Log In Services
WLP Studios also offer this exciting and efficient service to our clients. To avoid delays in getting your images to you, for proofing purposes or when completed, we have an online downloading service that is available to all our clients. This service is easy to use and follows the following steps:
• We upload your images from our studio directly onto the client server.
• You are provided with a unique user name and password.
• You can now access our Client Log In page with your password & user name.
• You will see your files displayed in your unique client section on our server.
• Select which files you want.
• Download and save your images directly to your computer.
